You must destroy all the police drones and grab the energy shield in the large bunker. The drones are easy, but the enemy agents are packing Gauss Guns, so pick them off with a long range weapon. You have to evacuate to the small platform with two agents, so be careful not to take a Gauss rocket to the face.
