Music themes from PC are extracted to MP3, because it is hard to get proper samples for MIDI music:

If you still wish to have original XMIDI music, ie. for remixes - search for "data/syngame.xmi" in the game folder. You can also download the XMI file converted to standard MIDI file. Just don't expect it to sound similar to what you hear in the game:
