The game is no longer in sale. If you want to have original floppies or CD and manual, you will have to search for it on e-bay or other similar place.
Since the game is old, the company that created it no longer exists, and "Electronic Arts", which holds now copyrights of the game seems not to be interested in it, this game may be considered as Abandonware.
Syndicate Plus or American Revolt can be easily downloaded from any abandonware/old games site. Some of such sites are listed in links subpage.
To get unmodified CD/floppies image, you will need to use peer-to-peer network client, for example emule or uTorrent.
American Revolt for PC has 12MB when installed, 7MB compressed.
Syndicate Plus for PC has 24MB installed, 16MB compressed, 59MB original ISO CD Image.
