> Some general tips from common knowledge and the folks at Bullfrog:
To start the game with different advanages, use these as the name of your company:
ROB A BANK
Gives you tons of cash
WATCH THE CLOCK
Speeds up the time when not in a mission. This allows for fast research (although it still costs the same)
COOPER TEAM
The ultimate cheat. Max out cash, weapons, agents, and you can go to any mission.
NUK THEM
Mega cheat. Full tech, loads of cash, etc.

Okay, I know everyone is hunting desperately for these. The FAQ should be up by Friday evening (11.15.96) It'll be partial, but daily update will come. Until then try these general tips and saved games from
felix's pages. Or you may use the trainer or the save games...natch.

RESEARCH> Having trouble getting enough research accomplished? Well that can be easily remedied... Research progress is accomplished through two time measurements: 1. the amount of time taken to accomplish a mission and 2. your computer's internal clock. That is, once your computer's internal clock strikes 12 o'clock, a new day begins and research progresses. The trick is to manually set your computer's timea couple of minutes before midnight then start up Syndicate Wars and wait for your research to advance. You can do this as many times as you want.

HIDDEN GAME> What hidden game!?! How can I play it? Well, just stare at the huge movie billboard behind the stage and podium in mission 0 (located around the lower-middle section of the map) for a really, really, really, long time. After playing you will be rewarded an epidermis mod. Speaking of epidermis mods... What are they? How do you get them? Well, you can't research them and you can't buy them; you have to find them...

EPIDERMIS 1> This can be found in Eurocorp mission 3 (Matochkin Star) in the upper-left corner of the Church's base. It can also be found in Bhurch mission 7 (Rome) in a building located in the northern Eurocorp base.

EPIDERMIS 2> This can be found in Eurocorp mission 7 (Beijing) in a building located in the middle of the map. It can also be found in Church mission 9 (Cairo) in a square building with four doors.

EPIDERMIS 3> This can be found in Eurocorp mission 10 (Buenos Aires) in a builidng located in the upper-middle section of the base in the north-east corner of the map. It can also be found in Church mission 18 (Bangkok) in the weapon warehouse.

EPIDERMIS 4> This can be found in Eurocorp mission 15 (Honolulu) on a Church agent next to the tanks near the second crossroads. It can also be found in Church mission 21 (Cape Town) in the alleyway between two churches.

A final word on epidermis mods: I hate it when I play through a game to discover that I missed several items. The first time I beat Syndicate Wars (Eurocorp) I only found 3 of the 4 epidermis mods. In that case I hope I helped out in pinpointing the location of at lease one of the mods for you.
