The strategic interests group is struggling to regain its dominance in the states and has established a forward firebase in the nearby city.
Remove all trace of the enemy, including their motor pool. Heavy weapons would be appropriate.
Almost all of the agents are inside buildings in a big group. To avoid trouble, stand at the doorway and pick off a few by waiting for the target to appear. You should be able to kill a good number of them before they catch on. Then either draw them out or take them on if you have good upgrades. Repeat for the smaller buildings, then blow up the two cars and evacuate.
