Fonts are DAT/TAB files, where TAB file contains bitmap size and position in DAT file, DAT file contains RAW bitmap data.
To extract these pairs to sets of BMP files, use this (this package includes source to compile with GCC):

From extracted BMPs, I've made FON file for Windows. This is a bitmap font, available in two sizes:
