V.Basque Tournament of Syndicate and XI. Basque Tournament of Sega Megadrive 2025

The last Tuesday, 12th of august, in Santutxu, in the "Bar Jofer" we met again to play Megadrive; for me, the best console I have. We gathered 6 players to play to this beautiful console. We played 4 games in total: Street Fighter II, Back to the Future III, Syndicate and finally Super Hang On.

First, we plugged in Street Fighter II, a classic videogame about about street fights. We played against each other, in a knockout style. In the final, Egoitz got sick from Joseba and was able to win.

Then we played Syndicate. It's a game I like, but I admit it's somewhat difficult. Only two players participated. Egoitz managed to complete the first mission, something Dnai couldn't, so he was the organizer.

Finally, we played two classics from our tournaments: Back to the Future III and Super Hang On. Everyone had a great time and acknowledged that it's a great console. Egoitz got more points than the rest of players so he was the winner of these Basque Tournaments.

If all goes well, we'll hold a new Mega Drive and Syndicate tournament in April 2026.
